What you’ll need:

  • Cups or coffee mugs
  • Vinegar
  • Food coloring or color pill kits
  • Egg dipper

How You’ll Do It:

Step 1

Fill the coffee mugs or cups halfway with warm water. The number of cups you will use will depend on the number of colors you will also use.

Step 2

Add one or two tablespoons of vinegar to the cup of water, to add more vibrancy to the colors.

Step 3

Put in the food coloring or the coloring pills. Let it dissolve for a while and stir.

Step 4

Put the egg inside the cup. Make sure you don’t drop it too hard. Let the egg soak.

Step 5

Check the egg using an egg dipper. If you’re satisfied with the color, you can take it out, otherwise you can just let it soak for a little while longer.
