How To Make Your Own T-Shirt Design
Materials Needed
- A heat press machine
- Some white shirts
- Heat transfers (Designs screen-printed on special release paper)
Step by Step Procedure
Step 1
Take a t-shirt and lay it on the base of the heat press, while the temperature is set to about 375 degrees.

Step 2
Lay the design on top of the shirt, face down, with the design facing the shirt. Clamp the machine and lock it in place. Set the timer for about 9 seconds.

Step 3
When time expires you should hear a buzzer go off, signaling that the time is up.

Step 4
Peel the design back, and you get your new shirt! You can no longer use the heat transfer after you’ve used it on a shirt. The designs don’t come off with washing.
