Instructions
Note: If project will be placed in child’s room, remove it before child is mobile enough to reach it to prevent possible choking hazard; add it to holiday decorations for time being.
1. Use glue gun to glue foam cone base to center of foam disc. Paint foam green; let dry.
2. Glue velvet ribbon around edge of disc. Glue star buttons evenly spaced to ribbon. Let dry.
3. Stack blocks evenly around cone, experimenting with placement before gluing. Leave spaces between blocks large enough to fit toys, alternating openings by row. When pleased with arrangement, hot glue each block to cone and surrounding blocks.
4. Experiment with toy placement in openings and around base of cone. When pleased with arrangement, hot glue toys to blocks and disc. Glue tall toy to tip of cone. Tie satin ribbon into bow around toy.
5. Cut 3/4″ x 6″ strips from felt or fleece; fringe ends. Wrap and glue scarves around toys.
