Moisten by spraying with water or witch hazel (witch hazel is better since it evaporates much more quickly) until mixture just begins to stick together.
Recipe 2
2 T Citric Acid 2 T Cornstarch
1/4 c baking soda
1/4 t fragrance oil
3 - 6 drops of liquid colorant (if desired)
3 T Coconut Oil
