Materials:
1 beaten egg yolk
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Ingredients:
Combine egg yolk and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir with a wire whisk while adding both oils until the mixture thickens. If it’s too thick, add more lemon juice.
