Simple but beautiful ornaments can be created by layering bits of colored tissue paper. The finished product has a glossy shine and a stained glass effect. Hang them in windows so the light filters through the colors.

Materials
Assorted colors of tissue paper
Wax paper
String or yarn
Scissors, paintbrushes and hole punch
LINIT® Starch OR LINIT® Starch-n-Crafts™ Stiffener

Process
On a sheet of wax paper, paint or spray a layer of LINIT®.
Place different colors of tissue paper on the wax paper base, overlay papers to create different colors.
Paint or spray with more LINIT® and add a second layer of tissue paper.
Allow to dry. Then peel away wax paper.
Cut into creative shapes. [TIP: Use fun cookie cutters to trace shapes!]
Punch a hole and add string, ribbon or yarn for hanging.
